We currently ship to Lebanon and worldwide. For any specific destination inquiry, please contact us directly and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Orders within Lebanon are delivered within 1 to 3 business days by the Jahel team. International orders are shipped via DHL Express and typically arrive within 3 to 7 business days depending on the destination. Custom and bespoke creations require additional time and will be communicated upon confirmation of your order.

Delivery is complimentary on all orders, both within Lebanon and internationally via DHL Express. For international orders, customs duties and import taxes may apply upon arrival and are at the customer's expense.

Yes. You are welcome to collect your order directly from our atelier in Ashrafieh, Charles Malek Avenue, Sole Center, Beirut. Simply select "Boutique Pickup" at checkout and we will notify you when your order is ready.

Every Jahel Joaillier creation is presented in our signature packaging, including a branded box and protective casing. Gift packaging is available upon request, and you may include a personalized message at checkout.

We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay, PayPal, and bank transfer. Cash on delivery is also available for orders within Lebanon.

All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD). At checkout, the amount is converted to your local currency using a dynamic exchange rate provided by our payment processor.

Eligible items may be exchanged within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all packaging intact, exactly as received. We offer store credit or one-time exchange. Cash refunds are only available in the case of a manufacturing defect.

Custom-made, bespoke, and engraved pieces are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, as they are created exclusively for you. We encourage clients to confirm all details during the design process.

Yes. Minor ring resizing is offered complimentary for pieces purchased through our boutique or website. Significant alterations may incur a small fee depending on the nature of the work. Please contact us for details.

Jahel Joaillier uses the European (EU/FR) sizing system, which is based on the inner circumference of the ring in millimeters. Our Size Guide includes a full international conversion chart for US, UK, and EU sizes.

Yes. Personalized engraving is available on select pieces. You may add a name, date, or short message. Please inquire at the time of ordering or contact us for details on what is possible for your chosen creation.

Yes. Our atelier offers polishing, cleaning, and repair services. Minor adjustments on pieces purchased from us are generally complimentary. For more extensive work, a quote will be provided after assessment. Please contact us to arrange a service appointment.

Pieces featuring significant stones are accompanied by a GIA certificate, which includes detailed grading for clarity, carat, colour, cut, and origin. All certificates are printed and carry the Jahel Joaillier seal. Each certified piece also has a unique serial number for traceability.

All Jahel Joaillier creations are crafted from precious metals and ethically sourced gemstones. Pricing reflects the gold weight, stone quality, and hours of craftsmanship invested in each piece. We work exclusively with materials that meet the highest standards of fine Jewelry.

We recommend removing your Jewelry before exposure to water, chemicals, or physical activity. Store pieces individually in a soft pouch or the original box to prevent scratching.
