All jewelry offered on our website is crafted with care and precision. Certain creations are available for immediate purchase, while others may be made upon request or customized. All prices are displayed in USD or in the local currency, depending on the customer’s location, and include applicable taxes where required by law. Prices are determined based on factors such as gold weight, stone quality, and craftsmanship. Jahel Joaillier reserves the right to modify product information, availability, or pricing at any time without prior notice.
Orders may be placed as a guest or through the creation of a customer account. Once an order is submitted, an order confirmation email will be sent. This confirmation does not constitute final acceptance of the order. Jahel Joaillier reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of payment issues, product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud or misuse.
3. Payments
We accept secure payment methods including credit cards, digital wallets, bank transfers, and cash on delivery within Lebanon. International card acceptance is subject to authorization by the payment provider. Eligible items may be returned or exchanged within fourteen (14) days of delivery, provided they are unused, in original condition, and returned with all original packaging. Custom-made, personalized, or bespoke creations are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. Cash refunds are not offered, except in the case of a confirmed manufacturing defect.
5. Custom-Made & Bespoke Creations
Custom-made, bespoke, and personalized creations are produced according to specific customer requests and specifications. Production timelines may vary depending on design complexity, materials, and craftsmanship. Pricing for such creations is determined accordingly and communicated prior to confirmation. Once confirmed, these creations are considered final sale.
6. Certificates, Authenticity & Product Care
Certain creations, particularly those featuring significant gemstones, may be accompanied by an authenticity or gemstone certification issued by an independent laboratory, such as GIA, depending on the product. Jewelry should be handled with care. Normal wear, exposure to chemicals, improper use, or accidental damage are not considered manufacturing defects.

While we strive to ensure that all information provided on the website is accurate and up to date, Jahel Joaillier does not guarantee that the website will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jahel Joaillier shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the website or purchased products.
