Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
Eligible items may be returned or exchanged provided they meet the conditions outlined below. Custom-made and personalized creations are excluded from this policy.
Return Timeframe
Requests for returns or exchanges must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must:
- Be new, unworn, and unused
- Be returned in their original condition
- Include all original packaging, including the shipping packaging, exactly as received
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
Exclusions
The following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:
- Custom-made or bespoke creations
- Personalized or engraved pieces
- Special orders created upon request
Exchanges & Store Credit
Eligible items may be exchanged once within the standard return timeframe.
Alternatively, a store credit may be issued. Refunds are not offered, except in the case of a confirmed manufacturing defect.
Store credit is valid for future purchases and may be used in accordance with our terms.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in specific cases where otherwise agreed upon by Jahel Joaillier.

- The item(s) concerned
- The reason for your request
Our team will review your request and provide further instructions.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Upon verification, we will offer an appropriate solution in accordance with the nature of the issue.
