We currently ship to the following locations:

  • Worldwide

 

Order Processing Time

  • Ready-to-wear jewelry: Orders are typically prepared within 1–3 business days.
  • Custom-made or bespoke creations: Processing times vary depending on the design and specifications. Estimated timelines will be communicated upon order confirmation.

Orders are processed on business days only.

 

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

 

  • Lebanon: 1-3 business days (internal delivery by the Jahel Team)
  • International destinations: DHL Express typically delivers within 3 to 7 business days depending on the destination and customs clearance procedures.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control.

  • Lebanon: Personal delivery by the Jahel team
  • International: DHL Express
  • Boutique pickup (by appointment) 

 

Shipping Fees

 

  • Lebanon: Complimentary delivery on all orders.
  • International shipping: Complimentary shipping via DHL Express on all orders. Customs duties and import taxes are at the customer's expense.

 

Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided so you may follow the delivery of your package. Please ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete.

 

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees may be applied by local authorities upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping fees.

 

Delivery Delays

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as customs inspections, carrier delays, or force majeure events. Jahel Joaillier cannot be held responsible for delays beyond our control.

 

Packaging & Presentation

All orders are delivered in our signature packaging, designed to protect your jewelry and reflect the elegance of the Maison. Gift presentation is included where applicable.
